Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, which is why we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for return, such as final sale pieces, limited-edition drops, or custom products. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team at grphcwave@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. If you prefer, we can also issue store credit instead of a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, we begin preparing your order, and cancellations are no longer possible. If you realize you’ve made a mistake (such as selecting the wrong size or address), please contact us immediately so we can attempt to make changes before fulfillment. While we can’t guarantee adjustments after the 24-hour window, we will always do our best to assist.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sizing and fit can sometimes be tricky, so we are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in brand-new condition with no signs of wear. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item back. Please note that due to the limited nature of our exclusive collections and monthly drops, availability cannot be guaranteed. If the requested size or style is sold out, we will offer you store credit or a refund instead. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back, but we will cover the cost of sending the replacement to you. Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. We carefully check, pack, and prepare each item before handing it off to our shipping carriers. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but EVERY Canadian customer can expect FREE delivery within 2–6 business days once their order has shipped. International shipping may take longer, depending on customs and regional carriers. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. Please note that shipping times are only estimates and may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you file a claim or resolve the issue.
